# ✧ Treasury & Resilience

A treasury is not a mountain of riches that exists for its own admiration. It is a trust placed in the care of those authorized to serve a purpose.

Resilience asks how the shared realm may continue through difficulty without sacrificing its most important promises. Wise stewardship considers reserves, repairs, changing needs, and the rights of those whose resources are involved. It welcomes scrutiny because trust is strengthened by the possibility of correction.

In the world of TIME, strength is not endless accumulation. It is the capacity to sustain meaningful work without turning the community itself into a thing to be spent.
