# ✧ Frozen Time

A seed kept for another season is not forgotten. It is being entrusted to patience. A promise to wait can protect a purpose that would be weakened by haste.

**Frozen Time** gives this idea a financial image: resources held for a defined horizon, with their conditions visible and their release accountable. Restraint may strengthen a community when it is freely chosen and honestly governed; restraint imposed without clarity can become another form of captivity.

Time cannot turn uncertainty into certainty. It can, however, offer the wisdom of deliberate commitment, provided the keeper of the promise knows when and how it may end.
