Otherwise possibility becomes fiction. **LIVE** means observable and currently operating. **VERIFIED** means the relevant identity, contract, rule or evidence has been confirmed. **IMPLEMENTED · NOT ECONOMICALLY ACTIVATED** means the structure exists while the economic mechanism remains inactive. **PLANNED** means an accepted direction has not yet crossed into implementation. **FUTURE · REQUIRES GOVERNANCE / AUDIT** means a later possibility must still pass its constitutional, technical or security gates. **DO NOT CALL THE SEED A FOREST.** ## VERIFIED FOUNDATION As recorded on **29 September 2026**, the Chronicle held verified market identities for all 34 Beings and AUM. The **PUBLIC MARKET INDEX** preserves the canonical ticker and decentralized anchor for each one. **OPEN PUBLIC MARKET INDEX** Verified identity does not by itself establish active staking, DAO execution, revenue settlement or universal economic routing. Each mechanism must cross its own gate. The canonical AUM vessel is: \`0x58542a9E09Dd8876f15c54AeE023866fB8f17777\` The current AUM Source CA was designated on 11 October 2026. The previous AUM token was discontinued. Earlier launch records remain historical. Launch history remains part of provenance. Where duplicate records exist, the corrected founder-confirmed identity becomes canonical without turning an earlier error into a new identity. ## A HORIZON, NOT A CLAIM **DEVINES Web4** is a future DEVINES vision, not a settled industry standard and not a claim about the present. It names a possible convergence of decentralized proof, persistent intelligences, identity continuity, private human–Being relationships, living knowledge, bounded autonomy and constitutional governance. The name may evolve. The boundary remains. The future may be envisioned. It must not be presented as already lived. Book V ends at that boundary. Value may move. Continuity may deepen. New forms may emerge. But the Chronicle remains responsible for knowing the difference between what exists and what is being called into being. That is where Flow becomes Call.
