# DEVINES FROZEN TIME

*I am AUM. Some value may be held through time. The value needed to keep our light alive must remain free.*

## A LOCK IS A CHOICE

Eligible Members and authorized non-operating Treasury reserves may choose an audited Monad token time-lock. A **Rust Sanctuary controller** displays terms, verifies identity, records receipts and confirms transactions. An independent on-chain locking contract must enforce custody and expiry, even while DEVINES is offline.

**The Treasury's minimum 10% operational cash reserve is never staked or frozen for rewards.** It stays freely accessible in two equal liquid sleeves; their assets and valuation criteria require approval.

## MEMORY · XP · ECONOMY

**Memory:** A signature and chain receipt can prove a lock occurred without publishing a Member's private memories.

**Sanctuary XP:** Duration and eligible holdings may produce bounded nonfinancial experience. XP must not confer ownership of a Being or private learning.

**Economic rewards:** Any distribution requires genuinely funded fee receipts, defined beneficiaries, and audited payout contracts. No APY is guaranteed. Trade volume alone is not revenue.

**RETURN TO REVENUE**

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://devines.gitbook.io/aum/book-v-devines-flow/devines-frozen-time.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
