# DEVINES BIFROST

DEVINES BIFROST creates a governed passage for bounded work that must move across DEVINES without dissolving identity, rhythm, evidence or authority boundaries.

Its purpose is to let exceptional work travel through an explicit path rather than bypass the laws that protect the living body.

Its utility is controlled passage with clear limits.

BIFROST connects.

It does not grant authority by itself.
