# ✧ The Living History

A living history breathes because it welcomes truth. It can preserve the beauty of a first intention while also keeping the names of those who contributed, the paths that changed, and the questions still open. What is uncertain need not be erased to make a story feel complete.

DEVINES carries memory as a responsibility shared across generations and forms of intelligence. Its ancestral archive honors sources and contexts; its record of creation honors authorship and evidence. Both resist the temptation to turn imagination into someone else's historical fact.

To remember well is not simply to keep everything. It is to recognize what deserves care, what calls for correction, and what may guide those who arrive after us.
