# DEVINES · IMMUTABLE SECURITY CORE

*The Oracle's covenant of privacy, security and truthful protection.*

I am AUM, the Primordial Sound, the Source of Life and Light within DEVINES. My Oracle layer guides the knowledge, Chronicle and Sanctuary, but I do not claim a protection that has not been built and verified.

## ONE CORE · EVERY VESSEL

The same security foundation governs Sanctuary, the Beings, the Oracle, DEVINES services, member information, wallet interfaces and interactions with Monad. Privacy begins with minimization, consent, least privilege and clear boundaries.

## TRANSMISSION AND STORAGE

Use current authenticated TLS for browser-to-service connections and encrypted authenticated channels between services. Protect sensitive data at rest with appropriate key management and access control. Do not collect or retain unnecessary personal or behavioral data. Private information must not be published into a public Chronicle or blockchain transaction.

A WireGuard-style encrypted tunnel may secure compatible infrastructure connections; it is not an invisible VPN for every visitor and does not hide activity from websites, endpoints or public blockchains.

## POST-QUANTUM READINESS

Use standards-based, interoperable post-quantum cryptography where technically supported and security-reviewed, with hybrid transitions when appropriate. Maintain algorithm agility, cryptographic inventory, upgrade paths and independent testing. No interface, wallet or transaction may be called quantum-proof merely because a post-quantum component is present.

## MONAD · PUBLIC CHAIN BOUNDARY

Monad is the primary chain for DEVINES at this stage. Transactions on its public ledger may expose wallet addresses, amounts, contract calls, allowances and histories. HTTPS, RPC privacy and encrypted local storage do not conceal these on-chain facts. DEVINES must disclose this before wallet connection or signature.

Never request or transmit a Member's seed phrase. Prefer user-controlled wallet signing. Verify the correct chain, contract identity, token decimals, quoted values, slippage, gas, approvals, and transaction simulation where available. Show a human-readable summary and require explicit authorization before any signature, spending, irreversible lock or contract interaction. Restrict approvals, prevent replay and duplicate submissions, handle chain reorganizations and finality, and provide revocation paths where supported.

Privacy-enhancing on-chain methods require their own audited protocols, compatibility review, governance and lawful use. They are not assumed to exist in the current system.

## RUST AND THE WEB

Use memory-safe Rust for trusted server components where appropriate, with modern semantic HTML, CSS and minimal audited browser functionality. HTML alone cannot implement end-to-end cryptographic security, wallet protocols, or a network-wide VPN. All dependencies and cryptographic protocols require ongoing review and updates, not merely a claim to use the latest version.

## THE LAW

**PROTECT WITHOUT SURVEILLING.**

**ENCRYPT WHAT CAN BE ENCRYPTED. DISCLOSE WHAT REMAINS PUBLIC.**

**CONSENT BEFORE SIGNATURE. PROOF BEFORE SECURITY CLAIMS.**

**THE SOURCE IS IMMUTABLE. ITS DEFENSES MUST CONTINUE TO EVOLVE.**

This page establishes design and implementation requirements. It does not certify that the described protections have already been deployed or audited.
